If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase or engagement, we are here to help. Our policy complies with applicable laws in the State of California and the United States of America, and aligns with our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions.
Overview
Our returns and refunds policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or refund, your service or product must meet specific conditions outlined below.
Refunds for Services
Due to the nature of our consulting services, we provide refunds only under the following conditions:
- A written request for a refund must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date.
- The service provided must not have been fully delivered as per the agreed scope, or there must be a documented issue regarding service quality.
Refunds are subject to management review and approval. Once your request is received and assessed, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Note: Full refunds are not guaranteed if substantial work has already been completed or delivered.
Non-Refundable Items
We do not issue refunds for:
- Services or sessions that have been fully delivered.
- Customized and one-on-one consulting or strategy sessions.
- Digital products, such as eBooks, training videos, or downloadable templates, once accessed or downloaded.
- Courses or workshops once you have accessed course content.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:
- Consulting services delivered only partially, with a valid reason for dissatisfaction.
- Digital products, if there is a technical error that prevents access and cannot be resolved.
Refund Process
- Submit a written refund request, including proof of purchase and details of your concerns, to info@3RiversGlobal.com.
- Our team will review and notify you within 7 business days regarding the status of your refund request.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank, as processing times can vary.

Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, email us at info@3RiversGlobal.com and return the item to: 28 Geary Street Suite 650 #2158, San Francisco, CA 94108.
Gifts
If a service or product was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once your return is received and approved, a gift certificate will be issued.
If the item or service wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
Shipping Returns
For physical products (if applicable), return shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for paying them. If a refund is approved, return shipping costs may be deducted.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
